NHS PaSA Update

David Lane the new PaSA lead has told recruiter that the NHS PaSA functions will be transferred  to other areas across the public sector procurement landscape to ensure better value and improved synergy’s are achieved. Davis Lane has also said there will be no change in the existing framework agreement policy. It is also expected that there will be no reason that compliance and quality standards will be eroded.

MPP Locums hope this will be the case to ensure Locum Agencies do have to meet the high standards in supplying doctors and locum staff to the NHS. It has taken a long time and a great deal of hard work to ensure non framework agencies are not used by NHS Hospitals and it would be a shame to go back to the days of a free for all.

MPP Locums will continue to work with the NHS in recruiting quality doctors and locum staff that meet and comply with the PaSA requirements.
